For those who have been awakened from their slumber, now is the time to unite and take action against those who are attempting to control the future of our children. For they speak as if they have our interest, yet they lie through the crack in between their teeth. Everyone needs a humbling one point or another in their life and only when The Most High is put first is when true humility begins. To know that by tuning into the silence of the internal temple, truth starts to prevail. Truth is not a word, nor a statement nor phrase or a #HashTag like #CalmingContent😏

It is inner knowing due to external knowledge being internalized, processed. When one is aware, they start to silently question their reality and existence. The once programmed illusion of reality no longer resonates. The people in their life start to feel like strangers. The thoughts of truth now become the reality instead of thought. It is simple to get caught up in the disinformation and misinformation that exists. So do what the wisest of men have always done.

#Meditate

#YeHoshuaH used to meditate when he would seek to be alone. Prince Sidartha used to meditate before and after becoming The Buddha. Emperor Haile Selassie used to meditate and give thanks one hour of the day, everyday, apart from his 20 hours of work and 3 hours of sleep.
